Job summary

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh seeks experienced CNAs and PCAs for full-time on-call caregiver positions serving clients throughout the Durham area. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and daily living support in clients' homes with reliability and compassion.

The role requires flexibility to accept varying assignments and schedules, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality one-on-one care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA License or verifiable PCA work experience.
• CPR Certification is current.
• TB Test current.
• Valid NC Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companion care, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities in clients' homes.
• Assist with transfers and positioning, including use of Hoyer lifts and caregiving equipment.
• Document care provided accurately and timely; follow client care plans and agency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff; respond to emergencies professionally.
