Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - North Wake County is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home care to clients. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping, delivering compassionate support in clients' homes.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 months' PCA or CNA experience, a valid driver's license with own vehicle, ability to pass a background check and drug test, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA.
• Valid driver's license and owned vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
