BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh is seeking experienced CNAs and PCAs for immediate openings in the RDU area. Join a respected home care agency that values professionalism, compassion, and quality care, and help clients stay safe and comfortable in their homes.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet all job requirements.
• Active NC CNA license or PCA work experience accepted.
• Current TB test and CPR certification required.
• Completion of state-mandated training requirements.
• Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care and personal care assistance to clients in their homes
• Follow and complete all tasks outlined in the client's plan of care
• Document care provided, time, and attendance accurately
• Communicate client changes or concerns promptly to the Director of Nursing
• Maintain a safe environment while following agency policies and procedures
• Respond appropriately and professionally in emergency situations
• Use caregiving equipment safely and properly, including Hoyer lifts
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive to shifts on time
• Submit shift availability at least two weeks in advance
• Assist with client transportation as needed
