Job summary

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh is seeking experienced, dependable CNAs and PCAs for a full-time on-call caregiver position serving clients throughout the Raleigh area. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and compassionate one-on-one home care.

You will perform personal care, mobility assistance and support daily living activities in clients' homes with varying schedules. Candidates must meet requirements including Hoyer Lift experience, CPR, TB test, and a NC driver's license;

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA license or verifiable PCA work experience.
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current TB Test.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companion care, mobility assistance and daily living support in clients' homes.
• Safely assist with transfers and mobility using Hoyer lifts and other equipment.
• Document care provided, tasks completed and time/attendance accurately.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, nurses, clients and family members.
• Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to accept varying assignments and schedules.
