Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Mount Carroll, IL. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $43.00 per hour for work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT to apply (must be licensed in IL or state of practice).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
