The Healthcare Resort of Olathe in Olathe, KS, is seeking aFull Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. This role offers a stable, team-oriented environment within a post-acute care setting focused on geriatric recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
