Birchwood Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Burlington, MA is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Compensation is $42-$55 per hour, with OTR/COTA professionals welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering skilled OT interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Massachusetts OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Good standing with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with residents to understand needs, goals, and limitations.
• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and interpret findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve independence and safety.
• Address ADLs, mobility, strength, cognition, balance, and performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapy team for quality care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as required.
• Document thoroughly and timely.
