Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team for a full-time role. The position requires formal OT education (Bachelors or Masters), California OT licensure, and BLS certification. Experience with OT care and Epic EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• California OT license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluations and develop written treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing occupational therapy interventions to improve functional status.
• Adhere to OT policies, scope of practice, and professional standards.
