Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The Staff OT will complete evaluations, develop written treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy aimed at improving patients’ functional status in line with treatment goals.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in OT, California OT license, and BLS. Previous experience with Epic EMR is preferred, and at least 1 year of OT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• California OT license required at hire.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop written treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing occupational therapy to improve patient functional status.
• Align therapy with overall treatment objectives.
