Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations and develops written treatment plans.
• Provides ongoing treatments designed to improve the patient's functional status.
• Adheres to Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.
