Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for full-time Day shifts to evaluate patients, develop written treatment plans, and deliver therapies that improve function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
• Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.
