Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team. The Staff OT evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and delivers ongoing treatment to improve functional status in coordination with the overall care plan.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop written treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing treatments designed to improve patient’s functional status.
• Coordinate with the wider care team to meet treatment objectives.
