Job summary

Covenant Living of Turlock in Turlock, CA, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, and revise care plans under physician supervision, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to residents.

Salary is $60.00–$70.00 hourly. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants. This role provides a rewarding opportunity within a premier retirement community on California’s Central Valley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license and licensure per board requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (location varies).

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
