Job summary

Covenant Living of Turlock, located in Turlock, CA, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team and provide high-quality rehabilitative care. The PT will screen, evaluate, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, supporting residents’ functional health and well-being.

Qualifications include a PT degree (DPT/MPT/BPT) and an active state license, with strong organizational and communication skills and ability to supervise PTAs as needed.

Qualifications
