Job summary

Functional Pathways in Albert Lea, MN, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the Thorne Crest Senior Living Community therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan under physician supervision to promote residents’ independence and quality of life.

The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus; a collaborative, resident-centered environment supports compassionate care and rehabilitation excellence for seniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge planning and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
