The role will be based at Covenant Living of Turlock, a 23‑acre retirement community located in California’s Central Valley.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist

• Evaluate and Assess: Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine residents’ functional status and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment programs aimed at enhancing residents’ independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate and Empower: Provide training to residents, families, and staff on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence.
• Document Progress: Maintain accurate and timely records of residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
