Job summary

A.G. Rhodes DeKalb in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy team on the Emory Wesley Woods campus. This non-profit organization is recognized among America's Best Nursing Homes for 2026 and offers a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Minimum Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist position include:

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license in good standing


• One year of experience working in LTC setting but willing to train new grads


• Experience working in a Person-Directed care community preferred


• Genuine passion for working with elders


• Strong team work/collaboration skills


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)


• Strong organization and time management skills
