Qualifications

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• One year of experience in LTC preferred or willing to train new grads.
• Experience in a Person-Directed care community is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Collaborate with therapy team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document assessments and progress notes in electronic health records.
