Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Dekalb is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy team on the Emory Wesley Woods campus in Atlanta, GA. We offer a robust benefits package and a collaborative, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• One year of experience in LTC preferred or willing to train new grads.
• Experience in a Person-Directed care community is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with therapy team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document assessments and progress notes in electronic health records.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership programs as part of professional development.

Minimum Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist position include:
