Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist - PT Care Partner to join our Memory Care Village. You will deliver resident-focused therapy, participate in care planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance elder well-being.

Georgia PT license in good standing is required; one year in Long-term Care is preferred, though new grads are welcome. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, 403b matching, CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• One year of experience in Long-term Care or Skilled Nursing is preferred, but new grads may be trained.
• Experience with Person-Directed Care is preferred; genuine passion for working with elders.

Physical Therapist Care partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist PT license in good standing
• One year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work/collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
