Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in nursing or related field.
• Strong ability to guide and support student learning across modalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure instructional activities, contact hours, and modalities meet policies and accreditation standards.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and respond to questions.
• Demonstrate consistent instructional presence according to modality and policy.
• Support student learning outcomes through curriculum implementation and assessment activities.
• Prepare students for NCLEX throughout the program.
• Full-time faculty may teach a full workload; part-time limited to 30 hours per week.
• Attend campus meetings and participate in committees as designated by the Dean.
