Job summary

Hondros College of Nursing in Bingham Farms, MI, is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Instructor (BSN Required) to teach in multiple modalities, support NCLEX preparation, and contribute to program outcomes. The role requires MSN, RN licensure, and at least 3 years of teaching/clinical experience.

Faculty will maintain regular office hours, align courses to accreditation standards, and participate in faculty development and campus events.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred (minimum 3 years in field)
• 3 years’ RN experience
• Active IN RN license with no encumbrance
• MSN required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet campus credentialing and clinical requirements

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in assigned courses across modalities (lab, simulation, clinical)
• Align instruction with qualifications and program requirements
• Maintain weekly faculty office hours for student support
• Provide feedback on student performance and support NCLEX preparation
• Participate in curriculum assessment and ongoing improvement activities
• Attend campus meetings and participate in designated committees
• Support onboarding of new faculty and engagement in graduation events
