Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering instruction aligned with qualifications, ensuring contact hours across lab, simulation, and clinical experiences, and maintaining weekly office hours.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse.
• Active State of IN RN licensure that has never been encumbered.
• Must adhere to immunizations and provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in courses that align with documented qualifications and areas of expertise.
• Ensure instructional activities, required contact hours, and delivery responsibilities across lab, simulation, and clinical experiences.
• Maintain weekly office hours to support student learning and address questions.
• Demonstrate consistent instructional presence per modality and policy.
• Support student learning outcomes through curriculum implementation and assessment activities.
• Be accountable for NCLEX preparation throughout the program.
• Full-time faculty are expected to teach a full workload.
• Participate in quarterly professional development week activities and campus meetings.
