Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide compassionate care while preserving privacy and dignity.
• Document care accurately and complete duties per facility policies.
• Communicate professionally and collaborate with nurses and team members.
