Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Night Shift STNA to join our full-time team in Marietta, Ohio. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and document care while upholding dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

Current, valid STNA certification in Ohio.
Demonstrates compassion, patience, and respect for residents.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow care plans, policies, and safety procedures.
Ability to perform the physical duties of the position.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Take and record vital signs as assigned.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Provide compassionate care while preserving privacy and dignity.
Document care accurately and complete duties per facility policies.
Communicate professionally and collaborate with nurses and team members.
