Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a caring STNA to join our team for the full-time night shift! Make a Difference While the World Sleeps! Our residents deserve comfort, dignity, and exceptional care around the clock.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current STNA certification in Ohio.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience and respect for residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow care plans, policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform required physical duties, with or without accommodations.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide compassionate care while respecting privacy and dignity.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to requests.
• Document care accurately per facility policies.
• Communicate professionally with nurses and team members.
