Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT STNA to join our care team in Marietta, OH. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support residents with daily activities in a respectful setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with nurses, adherence to care plans, and maintaining a safe environment. Prior long-term care experience is welcomed though not required.

Qualifications

• Ohio STNA certification required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nurse.
• Complete accurate documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect.
• Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team.
• Follow resident care plans and facility policies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents


• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily activities


• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility

• Complete accurate documentation
