Job summary

Willow Springs Center in Reno, NV seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (6:30pm–7:00am, Thurs/Fri/Sat) to provide nursing care to youth ages 6 to 17 in a residential behavioral health setting. You will perform nursing assessments, identify health care needs, and document health changes as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of employment (Nevada)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year in health care; psychiatric/child-adolescent experience a plus
• Attendance at a 7-day orientation (day shift)

• Provide professional nursing care to youth in residential treatment.
• Identify health care needs using nursing assessment skills.
• Make comprehensive observations and evaluations of health changes in condition
