Sierra Tucson in Tucson, AZ is seeking full-time LPNs for the night shift (5:30p–6a) to deliver patient-centered nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting. This role supports whole-person healing with a collaborative team in a respected behavioral health facility.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current LPN/LVN license, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification, and 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years' nursing experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care using the nursing process.
• Provide safe delivery of medication according to physician orders and policy.
• Document patient status and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet biopsychosocial needs.
• Maintain professional standards in line with policy and credentialing bodies.
