Qualifications

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active RN license.
One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, and kept current.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans as conditions change.
Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients.
