Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and assist with daily living activities.
• Collect vital signs, input/output, and other data; document in medical records.
• Report abnormalities to a licensed professional and communicate patient status to care team.
• Assist with procedures and use equipment under supervision; support unit procedures.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations.
• Maintain complete patient records and ensure proper charting and filing.
• Manage supplies and equipment, including inventory and ordering when needed.
• Transport patients as needed, including pre- and post-operative transfers.
• Work under supervision in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient service.
