Allied Universal, Johnstown, OH, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Fleet Readiness to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will conduct unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while following site procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, a background check, and a drug screen where permitted by law.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Fleet Readiness in Johnstown, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned.
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, access concerns, and policy violations to help deter theft, loss, and unauthorized activity.
• Assist with access control, visitor and vendor entry procedures, and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
