Job summary

Universal Health Services, a Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) provider in Houston, TX, seeks a Mobile Assessor for full-time nights (Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM) to perform mental health assessments for contracted ERs/hospitals, determine appropriate levels of care, and triage patients to services.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, evaluation, counseling, and referral within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as a LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN.
• CPR certification if required by customer hospital.
