Job summary

Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Mobile Assessor to perform mental health assessments for contracted ER/hospital settings. You will determine the appropriate level of care and triage to services based on risk factors, with scheduling for weekend and weekday shifts as described.

The Mobile Assessor works to provide rapid response, connect patients to care, and support crisis intervention and treatment planning as part of a dedicated, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as a LPC / LMFT / LMSW / LCSW or RN.
• CPR certification if required by hospital.
