Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. in Houston seeks a Mobile Assessor for on-site mental health evaluations at contracted ERs/hospitals. The role focuses on assessing risk, recommending the appropriate level of care, and triaging patients to services.

The position is full-time with Sat-Sun 7:00–7:30 schedule and two weekday 8-hour shifts; licensing in nursing or a related mental-health field is required, with CPR as needed and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
