Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital’s ICU is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for full-time nights. You will supervise unit staff, support direct patient care, and coordinate bed utilization while ensuring high‑quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (preferred), 2–3 years acute care experience with ICU expertise, Michigan Nursing License, and ACLS/BCLS as noted; duties include emergencies, admissions, discharges, and transfers, with rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 2–3 years of acute care nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of ICU experience performing charge RN duties.
• Michigan Nursing License required.
• ACLS preferred; BCLS required.
• TCAR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care as necessary.
• Support patients through hospital stay (admissions, discharges, transfers).
• Assess patient condition.
• Complete clinical tasks (IVs, blood draws, etc.).
• Respond to clinical emergencies.
• Coach unit staff in clinical practice, critical thinking, and customer service skill development.
• Coordinate bed utilization within inpatient hospital patient care units.
