Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital’s ICU is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for full-time nights. You will supervise unit staff, support direct patient care, and coordinate bed utilization while ensuring high‑quality patient care.
The ideal candidate has a BSN (preferred), 2–3 years acute care experience with ICU expertise, Michigan Nursing License, and ACLS/BCLS as noted; duties include emergencies, admissions, discharges, and transfers, with rotating weekends/holidays.
RN Clinical Coordinator, Full Time Nights

36 hours/week, 7:00 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends and holidays.
Under the direction of the Director or Manager of Unit, this role provides clinical support at the unit level, including but not limited to: assisting with direct patient care as necessary; supporting patients throughout their hospital stay (admissions, discharges, transfers); assessing patient condition; completing clinical tasks (IVs, blood draws, etc.); responding to all clinical emergency situations; recognizing, resolving, and reporting immediate situations that jeopardize patient rights, safety, and/or customer service; coaching unit staff in clinical practice, critical thinking, and customer service skill development; and coordinating bed utilization within inpatient hospital patient care units.
Education: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: Two to three years of relevant acute care nursing experience; at least two years of ICU experience, regularly performing the duties of a charge RN. Must have a Michigan Nursing License. ACLS preferred, BCLS required. TCAR preferred.
Extensive walking, standing, lifting, and pushing may be necessary.
Works in a patient care environment with possible exposure to communicable diseases or unpleasant patient care tasks. Occasional exposure to disgruntled or unsatisfied patients and/or their families.
