Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator for Inpatient Nursing - Oncology. This full-time night position supports the oncology unit with direct patient care, staff coaching, and coordination of admissions, transfers, and discharges.

The role requires a nursing license in Michigan, 2–3 years acute care experience, and ACLS/BCLS credentials as applicable, with a focus on evidence-based oncology care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 2–3 years acute care nursing experience.
• Michigan Nursing License required.
• ACLS preferred but not required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including IV placement and blood draws.
• Facilitate admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Respond to emergencies and protect patient rights and safety.
• Coach and mentor unit staff in clinical practice.
• Coordinate bed utilization with oncology team.
• Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate patient records per hospital policies.
• Communicate between nursing staff, physicians and other providers.
