Job summary
OPCO Skilled Management seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts (6PM-6AM) in Truth or Consequences, NM. You will support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
Qualified candidates are either currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or possess CNA certification. The role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for skill development within a compassionate care team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or licensed as a CNA.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties per facility policies, nursing procedures and safety rules.
- Make rounds at shift start and periodically during shift to provide care.
- Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
- Communicate with team including admission coordinator as needed.
- Make beds, tidy rooms and prepare supplies for care.
- Assist with daily activities and maintain a clean, safe environment.
