OPCO Skilled Management seeks a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Truth or Consequences facility. You will perform resident rounds on each shift, assist with daily living activities, verify resident identity before care, and follow established nursing procedures.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or licensed as CNA.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident rounds and administer nursing care per policies.
• Verify resident identity before delivering care or meals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and housekeeping tasks.
• Report findings to the Charge Nurse and follow care plans.
