Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Aztec, NM is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time, 12-hour night shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am. You will join a team focused on compassionate resident care and clear communication within a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or have a CNA license.
• A minimum of 6 months experience as a certified nursing assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and ongoing to provide quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or service.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and accessible.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
