Job summary

Wyndham Midland Downtown Hotel in Midland, TX is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and ensure accurate nightly financial reporting while delivering friendly service.

This full-time position includes benefits from day one, a $16.00 per hour wage, and opportunities to balance guest care with precise accounting. Previous hotel/front desk experience is preferred, with emphasis on punctuality and attention

Qualifications

• Overnight shift availability and punctuality required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred.
• Night audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
• Prepare daily financial and operational reports; process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Monitor hotel activity and assist with guest safety during overnight hours
• Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow hotel policies and procedures
