Looking for a Full Time Night Auditor who can work 32-40 hours per week & weekends available required at the Element by Westin in Bloomington Mall of America.
Be part of the team that welcomes guests, resolves needs, and creates a positive first impression as a Night Audit. The Night Audit Representative serves as the main overnight guest contact and completes end-of-day reporting, audit backups, date roll, house bank balancing, deposits, receipts, guest assistance, and service recovery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, requests, and questions
- Verify reservation information and process guest transactions accurately
- Handle financial transactions, cash handling, deposits, or house bank responsibilities where assigned
- Explain room features and property information to guests
- Process payments, disputes, and guest account needs as assigned
- Maintain front desk, lobby, market, and public-facing areas according to standards
- Communicate guest needs and operational updates to housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership
- Support safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Respond to guest concerns and service opportunities with urgency
- For Night Audit, run end-of-day reports, night audit backups, date roll, deposits, and daily receipt reporting
- Adhere to company policies, standards, procedures, and property-specific expectations
- Extend professionalism to guests, residents, customers, clients, vendors, and associates
- Be proactive, prompt, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Act with integrity, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain the spirit to serve
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and be in uniform as assigned
- Understand and follow basic safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Support a culturally diverse workplace and comply with applicable Federal and State laws
- Assist in other departments or property-specific tasks as business needs require

Essential Skills and Experience

- Computer, property management system, and cash handling skills preferred
- Preferred knowledge in PMS platforms such as FOSSE, Lightspeed, SynXis, or similar depending on brand
- Flexible scheduling may be required based on business needs, including weekends, holidays, days, evenings, and nights
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and work safely per Federal, State, Terratron, and Brand policies
