Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures.
Monitor and verify credentials at access points and document activity.
Control entry/exit at gates and doors; direct authorized personnel and vehicles as needed.
Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, escalating as required by procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
