Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific security procedures.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Document visitor and contractor activity and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, yard, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
