Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while executing security procedures, site policies, access-control requirements, and, when needed, emergency responses at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and authorization, log visitors/drivers, and control access per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, escalating when necessary to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activities accurately and communicate to site leadership.
