Job summary

NeoBeginnings is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Texas-based neonatal team at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene. This full-time role offers in-house, around-the-clock coverage in a Level III NICU with Level II nursery support, collaborating with neonatologists and experienced NNPs.

Position Overview

• Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner position
• Employed by NeoBeginnings, PLLC, providing services at Hendrick Medical Center
• Level III NICU with additional Level II nursery coverage
• Collaborative team consisting of neonatologists and experienced NNPs
• 24-hour in-house NNP coverage model

Schedule

• 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
• Full-time employment with automatic renewal upon mutual agreement
• Holiday coverage shared equitably among the NNP team
• Opportunity for additional shifts if desired
