Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and Order Writers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.

• Ensure leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25-35 miles of West Allis, WI.

• Secondary location: Muskego, WI.

• Schedule availability: Tuesday-Saturday.
