Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

2. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
3. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
4. Order products via iPad to ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
6. Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
7. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
8. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
9. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Day in the Life of a Mondelez Merchandiser

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive, professional attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle and perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling over 50 lbs., and moving products.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of West Allis, WI; secondary location in Burlington, WI.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
