Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits, capturing pictures of displays, and ensure product stock levels via iPad ordering.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Waukesha, WI, with availability on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
